Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and present appropriate software solutions to meet their needs.

Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to potential customers.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve customer engagement.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote the company's offerings.

Contribute to sales strategy development and participate in regular team meetings to review performance.

Requirements



Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 1-4 years in sales, preferably in the software/IT industry or SaaS startups.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and present technical software solutions effectively.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
