Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation

: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and set appointments.

Prospect Engagement:

Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate contact and follow up effectively.

Research and Identification:

Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

Value Proposition

: Clearly articulate our value proposition and tailor messaging to address client needs.

CRM Management:

Accurately document all lead interactions and appointment details in CRM software.

Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are aligned with their objectives and availability.

Feedback and Refining:

Provide valuable feedback from prospect interactions to help refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements:



Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Compensation:



Up to 9 LPA (CTC)

Work Schedule:



US shift (6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST)
