Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Present and explain IT solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Assist senior sales team members in client meetings, proposal creation, and negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand and communicate client requirements effectively.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of IT products and technology concepts.
Fast learner with the ability to grasp new tools, technologies, and solutions.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the IT sales domain.
Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
