Job Description

Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for center staff to ensure effective system usage.

Provide ongoing technical and operational support, resolve queries, and coordinate with the development team when required.

Visit centers regularly to monitor software implementation, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Support centers with data entry, validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Promote the company's software and services to potential clients.

Achieve sales targets through lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field

Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills

Basic understanding of software systems and data management

Willingness to travel frequently to client locations

Prior experience in software implementation or sales is an added advantage
