Working Days & Time: Mon-Sat, 10 AM-7 PM (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
We are hiring a BDM - Microsoft Account Manager to drive B2B software licensing and
cloud business. This role involves managing existing clients, identifying new opportunities,
pitching Microsoft solutions (O365, Azure, M365, Security Suite), and achieving revenue
targets within the assigned region.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of Microsoft products,
proven experience in solution selling, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to
independently manage the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth:
Drive sales for Microsoft licensing, cloud solutions, M365, Azure, cybersecurity,
and related products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers, IT heads, and
procurement teams.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and strategic conversations.
Independently handle pricing, negotiations, proposals, and closures.
3. Account Management:
Maintain a strong sales funnel with accurate forecasting.
Track renewals, upselling, and cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with Microsoft teams and LDS internal stakeholders to drive business.
4. Market Intelligence & Process Management:
Understand customer needs, buying behavior, and business pain points.
Stay updated on Microsoft product updates, licensing models, and competitive
landscape.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and documentation for decision-makers.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B IT Sales
Experience in selling Microsoft products or cloud solutions
Strong understanding of licensing models, SaaS, cloud technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles
Engineering graduate (Mandatory unless candidate has non-Edu tech relevant IT
experience)
Experience Requirements:
Experience working with IT solution providers or software resellers
Knowledge of Adobe, Oracle, Security Solutions
