Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services domain.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products, software, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions.
Conduct cold calls, customer follow-ups, and product presentations.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEM partners for solution positioning.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client needs.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Represent the company during client visits, events, and online/offline meetings.
