. The ISR will play a critical role in expanding the sales funnel and supporting both direct and channel-led motions across India.
Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest or fit the ideal customer profile within targeted accounts.
Build and maintain a prospect database; identify and connect with decision-makers in IT and security leadership roles.
Conduct
cold and warm outreach
via phone, email, and social media to establish and nurture new business relationships.
Qualify leads sourced from marketing campaigns, events, digital platforms, or partner referrals.
Effectively communicate cybersecurity solution value propositions to varying customer and partner personas.
Work closely with
channel partners, resellers and distributors
to support joint lead generation and pipeline building efforts.
Drive consistent
follow-up on all qualified opportunities till closure
, ensuring handoff alignment with field sales and channel teams.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system to ensure high-quality data and forecasting accuracy.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including lead conversion ratios and revenue contribution.
