Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and handling objections.
Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation for management review.
Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and achieve overall company goals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Effectively negotiating terms with clients and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
