Understand client business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
Participate in client calls, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, Proposals and solution walkthroughs.
Coordinate with technical teams to define solution architecture and scope.
Maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and presales documentation.
Work closely with sales, development, and project management teams.
Provide post-demo and pre-sales technical support as needed.
Keep track of presales activities, pipelines, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, SaaS, AI, or Digital Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Experience working with international clients.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Exposure of Product-based, or Service-based companies.
