We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads (generated through Google Ads and marketing campaigns). The role involves client interaction, understanding project requirements, and closing deals by presenting the right tech solutions offered by Ackrolix.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated from Google Ads and other digital campaigns.
Understand client requirements related to website design, app development, or software needs.
Present Ackrolix capabilities, services, and previous work to prospective clients confidently.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to create proposals and quotations.
Maintain a CRM database of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline stages.
Ensure timely follow-ups, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
Represent the company in client calls, virtual meetings, and when required, onsite.
Stay updated with current market trends and competitor offerings in the tech space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in web or mobile development services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in layman's terms.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
