We are looking for a motivated and result-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, emails, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services/solutions Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients Follow up with leads and convert them into sales Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of sales tools, CRM, and MS Office Ability to work independently and in a team
