Job Description

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, pitching IT products/services, and managing the complete sales cycle. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and database of prospective customers. Research market trends, competitor products, and technology demands.

2. Sales Presentations & Client Meetings



Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution-based discussions with clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (software, hardware, services, cloud, SaaS, etc.). Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and client queries professionally.

3. Sales Cycle Management



Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals/quotations, and finalize agreements. Follow up with clients to ensure timely decision-making and conversions.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell additional IT products/services.

5. Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and support teams for solution delivery. Maintain CRM entries, update sales activities, and track lead status. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
