Key responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation:

Identify potential clients through methods like cold-calling, networking, and digital prospecting.

Needs analysis:

Understand clients' technical requirements and challenges to suggest appropriate IT products or services.

Product demonstration:

Present and explain the features and functionalities of software, hardware, or IT services to potential clients.

Proposal and contract management:

Prepare quotes, sales presentations, and service agreements, and negotiate terms and prices.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and after-sales support.

Market research:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Sales administration:

Assist with administrative tasks, maintain client databases, and track sales performance metrics.

Achieve sales targets:

Work towards and meet individual and team-based sales goals.
Key skills and qualifications

Technical knowledge:

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and technologies (e.g., software, hardware, cloud computing).

Communication and interpersonal skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Sales and negotiation skills:

Proven ability to present, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Analytical and problem-solving skills:

An analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

Goal-oriented:

A proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Experience:

IT Infra sales: 2 years (Preferred)
