Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT products/services. Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (preferred in IT, Business Administration, or related field). 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions selling. Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, or managed services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)



Experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions. Familiarity with B2B sales cycles. Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions.
