We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in IT or SaaS sales and are comfortable with field visits and client interactions, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to generate qualified leads
Schedule and deliver online or in-person product demos
Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions
Conduct field visits for client meetings and demonstrations when required
Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Record all lead activities, follow-ups, and progress in CRM or assigned formats
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and meet monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in client calling, demo presentations, and lead follow-ups
Prior field sales experience is preferred
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident in achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Candidates with prior IT field experience are highly encouraged to apply.
