Job Summary



We are looking for a motivated

IT Sales Executive

to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. The company will provide pre-qualified leads, enabling you to focus on engaging prospects and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Handling:

Work on leads provided by the company through CRM or other platforms.

Customer Outreach:

Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online platforms to understand their requirements.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct virtual demos of PagarGuru's software solutions tailored to customer needs.

Sales Conversion:

Convert leads into customers by effectively pitching PagarGuru's offerings and closing deals.

Follow-ups:

Follow up regularly with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Market Feedback:

Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in IT/software sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Skills:



Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Ability to explain technical products in simple terms. Persuasive negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Personality:



Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented.
