Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic fresher to join our Business Development & IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and helping the company grow through sales of our IT products and services. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in technology sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Generate leads through various online and offline channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, etc.) Pitch IT services/products to potential clients. Set up meetings between decision-makers and the technical team. Maintain and update the CRM with client interaction details. Follow up on leads and close deals under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in proposal creation and presentations. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (training will be provided) Strong desire to learn and grow in the sales domain Self-motivated and goal-oriented Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM software

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
