We are looking for a

dynamic and self-driven IT Sales / Business Development Executive

who can help us grow our recruitment business by bringing in new clients and managing field visits.

Key Responsibilities :

? Field visits to client offices for

business development.

? Generate

new business leads

for IT Recruitment.
? Meet clients to explain services & close deals.
? Handle

payment follow-ups / collections

professionally.
? Build strong relationships with HR / Hiring managers.
? Maintain visit reports & drive weekly revenue targets.
