Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
female IT Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services such as
Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing
. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
Qualify and follow up on inbound/outbound leads.
Sales & Business Development:
Pitch and present IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing).
Customize sales proposals based on client requirements.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand client needs and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure satisfaction.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings.
Reporting:
Maintain sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly performance to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience (
3+ years
) in IT sales or business development.
Good understanding of
Web Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing
services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident.
Technical Knowledge Required:
Basic understanding of front-end & back-end web technologies.
Familiarity with mobile app platforms (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and other digital channels.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Understanding of Agile software development processes.
Basic knowledge of pricing strategies and proposal writing.
