Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated

IT Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships in the IT services, web, and app development domain. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to telecalling, and the ability to understand clients' technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions including web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and IT services. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services, software, web, or app development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of IT services, web technologies, and mobile app solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Good telecalling skills and confidence in cold calling.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Previous experience in B2B IT sales. Knowledge of digital marketing and IT trends.
