You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings.
Explain company services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, App Development, etc.) to clients.
Handle client queries and provide customized solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in
IT Sales / Software Sales / Digital Marketing Sales
.
Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).
Ability to handle clients confidently and close deals effectively.
Basic understanding of IT products, websites, and marketing concepts.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
Knowledge of lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / IT or equivalent.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in IT Sales or relevant field.
