Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven
IT Sales Executive
who can generate leads, pitch our ERP product to businesses, and close deals. This is a
target-driven role
ideal for someone passionate about tech sales and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
Present and demonstrate ERP software to prospective clients (in person or online)
Understand client business needs and map appropriate ERP modules
Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle - from inquiry to closure
Maintain CRM data and regular sales reporting
Key Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
IT sales
,
ERP sales
, or
SaaS sales
Good understanding of ERP modules (HRMS, Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client requirements and offer consultative solutions
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Compensation & Perks:
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000-₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentive Structure: Upto ₹10K-₹50K+ per month based on performance
