Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Present, promote, and sell IT products and services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, etc.)
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies
