- Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through field visits - Identify potential clients through field visits, networking groups (e.g., BNI), online platforms, and referrals. - Visit local businesses (restaurants, retail, offices, etc.) to pitch products and services. - Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing based on client requirements.
- Maintain daily/weekly visit reports. - Update CRM or internal tracking system with leads, follow-ups, and deal status. - Provide regular updates to management on performance, targets, and challenges.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales (IT/Software/Hardware preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to understand basic technical concepts (POS, network, software features)
