Key Responsibilities



Identify and research potential clients through online sources, networking, and market analysis. Assist in generating leads and building a sales pipeline for IT products or services. Conduct calls, emails, and initial outreach to prospective customers. Support senior sales team members in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and demos. Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and progress in CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Participate in meetings, product trainings, and internal discussions to improve product knowledge. Provide after-sales support coordination and follow-up when required.
