We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Manager with 3-5 years of
experience in B2B IT sales. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end sales cycle -- from
lead generation to deal closure -- while building lasting client relationships. Candidates must
have proven expertise in selling IT Business Development for IT Product & Solutions
including Network Solutions, Data Storage & Backup, Video Conferencing, CCTV
Surveillance, and Endpoint Security.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Explore and convert new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Act as a trusted IT advisor by understanding client pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
Ensure post-sale client satisfaction through follow-ups and timely support coordination.
3. Technical Collaboration
Provide clients with insights on a range of IT hardware and infrastructure offerings.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and activity reports.
Provide periodic forecasts, sales performance updates, and market intelligence to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, B.Com, Business Administration, or related fields and MBA Preferred.
3-5 years of successful experience in IT product/services sales, especially in B2B environments.
In-depth knowledge of:
o Network Solutions
o Data Storage & Backup
o CCTV Surveillance Systems
o Video Conferencing Solutions
o Endpoint Security
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
Analytical mindset and customer-first approach.
Compensation:
?3 LPA to ?4.5 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
