Job Summary
We are seeking a
Field Sales Executive
with a strong background in selling IT hardware products and AMC services to government departments and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced in field sales, tendering procedures, institutional selling, and client acquisition through active networking and on-ground efforts.
Key Responsibilities1. IT Hardware & Product Sales
Sell IT products such as desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking equipment, UPS, and RAM.
Promote short- and long-term rental services for IT hardware (laptops, servers, printers, CPUs).
2. AMC & IT Services Sales
Market Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for IT hardware.
Sell IT manpower deployment, field support, and onsite services to clients.
3. Government & Institutional Sales
Manage end-to-end government and institutional sales processes.
Navigate GeM Portal, DGS&D rate contracts, and e-Tendering procedures.
Participate in tender submissions, rate contracts, and vendor empanelments.
4. Sales Operations & Client Servicing
Lead generation through field visits, references, and networking.
Conduct client meetings, demos, presentations, and price negotiations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle client follow-ups post-sales.
5. Field Sales & Travel
Conduct daily field visits across Delhi NCR for business development.
Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive travel.
Candidate Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in IT hardware sales, preferably in AMC services.
Prior experience in selling to government departments and large institutions.
Strong knowledge of GeM, e-Tendering, and public procurement procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
?25,000 - ?35,000 (based on experience)
