Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and sharp IT Sales Executive with around 2 years of experience in selling software solutions or IT services. The ideal candidate understands the B2B sales cycle, is comfortable with client interactions, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound efforts and networking. Pitch IT solutions and services to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable offerings. Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with the technical team. Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT Sales (B2B preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Basic understanding of software development services, SaaS, or IT infrastructure solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in lead generation or outbound sales. Exposure to selling in international markets. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, support).
