To generate qualified leads for website and web application development services through various online channels, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline for Webwila - Web Development Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Upwork, online directories, raw data, and other lead sources
Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and WhatsApp marketing
Qualify leads based on company criteria (industry, budget, interest, etc.)
Maintain and update CRM/spreadsheet with lead statuses
Set up discovery calls or demos for the sales/tech team
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach messaging and conversion strategy
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Own laptop, reliable internet, and ability to work independently
Skills & Tools Required
Strong communication (written and spoken English)
Knowledge of lead generation techniques including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, and raw data mining
Proficiency in Google Sheets (required); experience with any other CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc., will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of web development services
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
