and achieving revenue targets through promoting our IT services. This is a performance-driven role for individuals who are passionate about sales, technology, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify, research, and generate new leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, etc.), cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Pitch and promote company services such as software development, website design, mobile apps, and IT consulting.
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM entries, and daily activity reports.
Stay updated with IT market trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and webinars for business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in
IT sales or software services sales
(preferred).
Strong
lead generation and business development skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Good presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and web technologies.
Ability to handle multiple prospects and meet deadlines independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) and lead generation platforms.
