Can Handle Sales pressure, Person can understand technology, Experience in Gem Portal, Experience working in Tender process, prior Govt Department Sales Experience
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calls, and digital channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions/services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility and delivery.
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and follow-up records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Sales executive Qualification- BE/ MBA/ BSc IT with MBA
1-3 years of experience in IT sales or software services sales.
Strong understanding of IT products/services (software, cloud, digital solutions).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused professional.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools.
Existing network of corporate clients.
Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, and Managed IT Services
Prior Govt Department Sales Experience
