Description
We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT Sales Executive to join our team at Silex Softwares Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing bidding activities on online portals to secure projects for our software development services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and fostering growth opportunities through online platforms.

Experience
2 years of experience in selling software development services.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for our software development services.
  • Manage the end-to-end bidding process on online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others, including proposal creation, submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong presence on online bidding platforms by regularly updating profiles, portfolios, and reviews to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Identify relevant project opportunities on online portals, analyze requirements, and prepare tailored proposals and bids that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, project managers, and marketing, to ensure alignment of proposals with client needs and company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and bidding strategies to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, client interactions, and project outcomes using CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on bidding performance, pipeline, and key metrics to sales management and senior leadership.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling software development services or related IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience managing bidding activities on online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and bidding goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online bidding platforms for lead management and project tracking.
  • Positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
