Key Responsibilities



Actively identify, approach, and engage local business owners, SMEs, and entrepreneurs Pitch a suite of 20+ innovative digital solutions including: Website Development (Business, eCommerce, Landing Pages) SEO & Digital Marketing Custom App/Software Development Bulk WhatsApp & Email Marketing Cloud & Hosting Solutions Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, events, and local networking Conduct

5+ face-to-face client meetings daily

Understand client needs and present tailored proposals with pricing and feature breakdown Educate prospects on the importance of digital transformation and online visibility Build trust and close deals through compelling pitches, demos, and negotiations Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools (Zoho Bigin or equivalent) Share market feedback, client insights, and help optimize service offerings

Requirements



1-2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or IT/digital service sales Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of web development, SEO, and online marketing preferred Willingness to travel locally and meet clients regularly Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities Own smartphone and two-wheeler (mandatory)
