We're looking for a dynamic and driven IT Sales & CX Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends business development, account management, and customer experience ownership -- ideal for someone who understands both technology and client relationships.
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional post-sale support and value throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals for IT services, software solutions, and digital products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, project delivery) to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Customer Experience (CX) & Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement throughout the relationship lifecycle.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Gather client feedback and collaborate internally to improve product/service quality.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
Monitor client health, proactively address concerns, and ensure timely renewals.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and account activity.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CX performance summaries.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
