Key Responsibilities
Communicate with potential clients to explain
digital marketing services
such as Google Ads, PPC/SEM, SEO, social media marketing, and website solutions
Handle
lead generation and pre-sales coordination
using company-provided CRM and data
Understand client business needs and coordinate suitable solutions with internal teams
Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and onboarding documentation
Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth client handover and campaign execution
Assist senior sales members during
virtual meetings and presentations
Track follow-ups, sales status, and client communication in CRM systems
Support the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discussion to closure
