Key Responsibilities
Streamline and optimize sales workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain process compliance.
Coordinate with the sales team for accurate and timely booking of sales orders.
Liaise with warehouses to handle internal logistics, inventory status, and order fulfillment.
Work closely with Accounts & Collections to resolve payment issues and assist in new customer account setup.
Prepare and process purchase orders and sales orders in alignment with customer requirements.
Serve as the primary customer contact for addressing order-related queries, delivery updates, and discrepancy resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in sales operations within the
IT system integration or technology sector
.
Mandatory experience
working on OEM portals such as
HP, Cisco, etc.
Hands-on experience with
SAP or similar ERP/CRM tools
(preferred).
Strong understanding of IT sales processes, CRM systems, and sales support tools.
In-depth knowledge of
IT hardware and infrastructure products/services
.
Excellent communication skills, customer-first attitude, and strong coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support a fast-paced sales environment.
