We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
IT Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in managing client accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, IT product knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, product details, and delivery timelines.
Maintain and update the CRM/ERP system with leads, opportunities, quotations, and order status.
Track and follow up on sales orders, invoices, and payments.
Support account managers in handling client queries, product availability, and service requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking for management.
Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for timely order fulfillment and project execution.
Manage documentation related to sales contracts, renewals, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and finance teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
