Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through calling, email outreach, and online platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT services
Promote IT solutions such as software services, web/app development, cloud, or digital solutions
Follow up on leads and support the sales closure process
Prepare basic proposals and quotations with internal team support
Maintain lead and sales data in CRM or tracking tools
Meet assigned sales targets and activity goals
Build professional relationships with clients and prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in IT sales, telesales, or B2B sales
Basic understanding of IT services and technology concepts
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn sales processes and IT solutions
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in lead generation or client coordination
Exposure to CRM tools or sales pipelines
Graduate in any discipline (IT, business, or marketing preferred)
