1-2 years of experience in

IT sales, SaaS sales, or CRM/ERP consulting

. Proven ability to

generate own leads

(cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns). Strong consultative selling skills:

. Excellent English communication & negotiation skills. Full-cycle sales execution (

prospecting ? demo ? proposal ? closing

). Familiarity with CRMs (

Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho

). Proficiency in sales tools (

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io

). Willingness to work across

US, UK, and MENA time zones

Minor Skills (Good-to-Have):

Arabic language skills (for MENA). Experience with

real estate tech, SaaS, or system integrations

. Prior experience selling into

international markets

. Knowledge of IT/CRM competitive landscape. Cross-functional collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
