Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, sharp-minded, and relentless
IT Sales Consultant
who knows how to prospect, pitch, chase, and close deals across international markets. Your primary focus will be generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and pitching Scidecs' solutions clearly and convincingly. This role is heavily communication-driven and requires consistent outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients across the Middle East, US, and Europe for digital transformation, ERP implementation, mobile app development, and custom development projects.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to build targeted lead lists.
Conduct high-volume cold calling daily to reach key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Owners).
Run structured email outreach campaigns to nurture leads and secure meetings.
Track prospects, activities, and follow-ups in CRM.
2. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
Communicate confidently and clearly with prospects to understand their business goals, pain points, and requirements.
Conduct discovery calls to map client needs with Scidecs services.
Prepare client profiles, requirement notes, and opportunity summaries for internal teams.
Coordinate with technical teams for solution proposals, timelines, and effort estimates.
3. Sales & Account Management
Create compelling pitches, proposals, value presentations, and service descriptions.
Drive clients through the funnel -- first call, requirement discussion, proposal sharing, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain relationships with existing leads and long-term prospects.
Provide timely updates on sales cycles, deal progress, and forecast numbers.
4. Market Intelligence
Understand regional challenges, regulations, and buyer behavior across MEA, US, and EU markets.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, industry developments, and upcoming opportunities.
Suggest improvements in service offerings based on market demand.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
in IT services sales, preferably in digital transformation, custom software, ERP implementation, or mobile app development.
Proven experience in
cold calling
, appointment setting, and outbound lead generation.
Hands-on experience with
email marketing tools
,
Sales Navigator
, and CRM platforms.
Strong communication skills -- clear, confident, and persuasive.
Ability to handle objections, push conversations forward, and stay consistent with follow-ups.
Familiarity with ERP systems like
Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics
, or any enterprise tech stack.
Comfortable working
night shifts
to cater to US clients.
Bonus Skills
Experience selling IT consulting in Middle East markets (Saudi, UAE, Qatar).
Understanding of GRC, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud migration, DevOps, and AI/ML solutions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic understanding of technology workflows and SDLC is a plus.

Daily email outreach and follow-up pipelines
LinkedIn prospecting with personalized messages
Weekly discovery meetings with prospects
Monthly qualified leads and opportunity targets
Continuous coordination with internal teams for proposals
Active updates in CRM with zero backlog
Your success will be measured by:
Number of qualified leads generated
Number of discovery calls booked
Conversion of leads into opportunities
