Conduct discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Recommend customized IT solutions (Web, Mobile, Software Development, or AI/ML, Cloud-based).
Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, estimates, and solution documentation.
Deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and project pitches to clients.
Manage the full pre-sales cycle -- from qualification to closure support.
Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends to improve solution positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Solutions Consulting.
Strong understanding of software development processes and IT service models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
Experience in handling international clients (US, UK, or Middle East preferred).
Proficiency with CRM tools, lead tracking, and proposal management.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to web & mobile app development, AI/ML or Blockchain etc projects.
Familiarity with tools like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced IT services or startup environment.
