Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and digital tools (LinkedIn).

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT products/services and technical specs.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and explain solutions.

Sales Support:

Assist senior sales team with presentations, demos, proposals, and daily admin tasks.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

Market Research:

Identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Reporting:

Contribute to sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.

Tech Savvy:

Keen interest in IT, software, hardware, and emerging tech.

Attitude:

Goal-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, positive attitude.

Tools:

Familiarity with MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Teamwork, time management, negotiation basics, problem-solving.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
