Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in IT services/product sales.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients across domestic and international markets.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (website development, mobile apps, software solutions, cloud services, digital marketing, etc.).
Maintain high client satisfaction through continuous engagement and problem resolution.
Sales & Strategy
Present company services to potential clients through meetings, demos, and online presentations.
Create business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing, project managers) to ensure alignment on client requirements.
Maintain CRM updates with accurate sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
in IT sales, software sales, SaaS, digital solutions, or related industry.
Strong understanding of IT services: website development, software development, apps, cloud, digital marketing, etc.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
