Roles and Responsibilities Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person. Acting as a connector between our clients and our product. Interact with customers and be able to explain the use of our website and software to them. Know how to set up food menus and help our clients (restaurant owners) to easily access our website. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges. Qualifications : Excellent communication skills. Ingrained tenacity and enthusiasm is a prerequisite. An ability to understand client requirements and have direct conversations about return on investment. Familiar with all the technical jargons. (plus point) Attention to detail and a sense of urgency paramount. Background in IT field. Experience in Sales and Marketing.
