Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT retail showroom.
Manage sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Ensure excellent customer service by guiding customers in product selection (laptops, desktops, mobiles, accessories, networking devices, etc.).
Supervise and motivate showroom staff to meet performance goals.
Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Handle billing, cash management, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Implement effective merchandising and showroom display strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest promotional campaigns.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in Business, IT, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in retail management (preferably in IT/ electronics sector).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of IT products and latest technology trends.
Ability to handle sales targets and achieve growth.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
