We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Sr. Associate Director, Tech SME Specialist
In this role, you will:

• Primarily responsible for larger projects, or groups of smaller projects as part of a larger program
• Responsible for scope control with stakeholders, task execution with the development team and relevant upward communication to managers
• Helps define process improvements and feedback for large, multi-part projects that need creative project management strategies required for timely execution
• Provide necessary feedback to project stakeholders (e.g., specification feedback, issue escalation to managers or scope changes/clarifications to project resources)
• Manage handoffs at each stage in the project life cycle according to guidelines specified in the department's development policies
• Manage to change business and technical requirements by effectively suggesting solutions or contingency plans at the appropriate stage of projects
• Deliver operational excellence; with the ability to anticipate potential issues and dependencies, highlight project risks
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines

• Desire to work in fast-paced, multi-task, fluid environment capable of reacting instantly to changes in a competitive business environment
• Be analytical with great attention to detail; ensuring consistent improvement in the quality of our output
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for business users and IT members
• Proven ability to solve challenging business prioritizes while balance IT delivery
• Self-directed professional
• 13+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience in managing complex programs of $10M+ annually
• PMP, Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Certification Preferred
• Ability to work and interact with a globally distributed team
• Successful track record working with business and technology teams to define, develop, test and launch new products and new programs (must be able to present specific examples where your role required the ability work between technical and management teams)
• Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and generate creative solutions Ability to plan, organize and proctor efficient meetings through preparation, stakeholder buy in, and guide a group towards agreed upon objectives

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: (Good to have Requirements)

• Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Preferred:Strong exposure to Banking, Financial Risk.
