  • Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process for both clients and candidates.
  • Experience in job posting to effectively advertise openings on various platforms and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Must have experience in candidate sourcing to identify and engage potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end recruiting, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final offer. (Mandatory skill)
