Role Overview
As the
IT Recruitment Manager
, you will lead and scale our technical hiring efforts across India and globally. You'll design strategic recruitment plans, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and ensure we attract top-tier tech talent -- from software engineers to project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strong recruitment strategy for tech and IT roles aligned with the company's growth plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Work closely with department heads (IT, Product, Design, HR) to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
Lead a team of recruiters, assign goals, and track hiring performance metrics.
Build a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, networks, etc.).
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Use ATS/CRM tools to maintain structured candidate data and reporting.
Represent Pentoz at recruitment events, job fairs, and tech meetups.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT/tech recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Proven ability to hire for roles like Java, Python, Node.js Developers, DevOps, UI/UX, Project Managers, etc.
Strong understanding of technical stacks, tools, and platforms.
Experience working with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.
Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse) and CRM tools.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Startup/fast-growth environment experience is a big plus.
