Office Location- Near Rajiv Gandhi Square, Next to Bhanwarkua Indore

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented fresher to join our recruitment team. You'll support sourcing and hiring for international clients across IT and cybersecurity domains. This role offers hands-on exposure to global hiring practices, niche tech roles, and recruitment automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Sourcing and screening of candidates for IT & Cyber Security positions for International locations using job boards, social media, and networking. Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the hiring process. Maintain a database of potential candidates and track industry trends. Collaborate with Seniors and peers to understand job requirements. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/ Masters degree in any discipline (HR, IT, or Management preferred)

Strong interest in recruitment and global tech ecosystems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
