Position Details:

Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc in IT

Role: IT Recruiter (Domestic IT Recruitment)

Experience: 1 year - 3 Years

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Top Notch Giants in IT (PAN INDIA)

Source and screen candidates via Naukri, Shine, and other portals

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Partner with hiring managers to close positions efficiently

Maintain updated databases and a strong candidate pipeline

Who Should Apply:

Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc in IT

Strong communication and sourcing skills

Willingness to work from our Goregaon East office

Immediate joiners preferred

Strong Understanding of IT Industry
